Who you are dealing with
This site and the Flip Tracker app are published by Flip Tracker LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. "We" and "us" mean Flip Tracker LLC.
The app is not yet available
Flip Tracker has not been released. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell it, and no price has been set. Terms covering purchases, subscriptions and refunds will be added here before anything is sold, and purchases made through the App Store are also governed by your agreement with Apple.
This is not professional advice
Flip Tracker is a tool for organising your own work. It is not construction, engineering, legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for a licensed professional, a permit, an inspection or your own judgement.
Renovating and selling property carries real financial risk. Estimates, budgets, scopes of work and any figure the app produces are working aids based on what you enter. They are not valuations, guarantees of cost or predictions of profit. Decisions about a property are yours, and so are the outcomes.
Using the site
You may read it, and link to it. Do not attempt to break it, overload it, or use it to distribute anything unlawful. The text, design and code of this site are ours.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the site means the updated terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
